Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport, an IHG Hotel

Great location 10 mins from airport. Hotel reception is very sleek and modern and smells absolutely gorgeous. Lots of plush seating in reception to sit and have coffee or wait for transfers. Breakfast was excellent. Food was hot and a very good selection. We were upgraded to an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge which was a lovely perk. We were able to get complimentary soft drinks, tea coffee and breakfast the morning we arrived very early. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. No noise and slept very well. Our flight wasn’t until late evening so staff allowed us to stay in the room until 2pm. Very accommodating and welcoming. Excellent stay.

This location was perfect as it was the end of our adventure and we wanted to be near the airport for our flights the following day. The rooms were comfortable and the executive lounge option I ended up booking (by accident) was great! We opted for the VERY reasonably priced English/Irish Breakfast buffet instead of the complimentary in the hotel. We also had room service for lunch (it was a lazy day) and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The airport shuttle was great getting us from and back to the airport.

We loved the shuttle from airport to hotel plus the very welcoming and helpful reception. They do go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as it could be. By the reception they also provide fresh water to drink from. We we’re able to check in very early and was even upgraded. Our room was in the first floor. There was no view, but it didnt matter to us. Bed and pillows were amazing. We slept like a baby. Toiletries were all provided, but we requested slippers to use and it came in less than 5minutes. Empty Water bottles are readily available in the room and you can top up anytime you need to.

Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Even at 6am the staff both in reception and breakfast area were so pleasant and friendly. The shuttle back to the airport landed at the hotel exactly on time. I would definitely stay here again. I actually had to rebook my hotel stay because the airline rebooked my flight to a day earlier flight and I am most grateful I did. The location was excellent with the park just across the street for maximum relaxation. My bed was very comfy and cozy. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing and delicious! I also appreciated that the bus stop was just around the corner. Most of all ALL the staff members were very friendly and helpful at all times. I will definitely stay here next time I travel to Ireland.
